◈ConvoCraft

How to use ConvoCraft

ConvoCraft helps you build real relationships on LinkedIn without risking your account. You choose who to contact, write every message, and send each one yourself — ConvoCraft organises the rest. Here's the full loop, start to finish.

The one rule

Nothing sends without your approval. Ever.

No browser extensions, no automatic clicking, no logging into your account. Every message goes out under your name, because you sent it.

  1. 1

    Add your first contacts

Open Contacts and click “Find people”. You have three ways in: Search LinkedIn fills in a job title, industry or location and opens that search on LinkedIn in a new tab — you browse and pick who you like; Paste links lets you drop in up to 200 LinkedIn profile links at once; Import file accepts a spreadsheet or Sales Navigator export. Or just click “+ Add contact” and type one person in by hand.

  2. 2

    Plan a short sequence

Go to Sequences and build the journey you want a contact to take — for example: a connection request today, a friendly follow-up after 4 days, and a check-in two weeks later. Two or three steps is plenty. Then open a contact and add them to your sequence.

  3. 3

Write the message (AI helps, you decide)

In AI drafts, pick a contact and describe what you'd like to say — ConvoCraft writes a starting point in a natural, human voice. Every [bracketed] bit is a placeholder you must fill in yourself, so nothing invented or generic goes out. On Pro you can also save your own Templates for messages you send often.

  4. 4

    Approve in the Approval dashboard

Every message waits for you in Approvals. Read it, edit it until it sounds like you, then tick the box to unlock Approve. Nothing is ever sent without this step — that's the whole point of ConvoCraft. The dashboard also shows your weekly sending count so you stay at a safe pace (we suggest 15–20 a day, about 100 a week, weekends off).

  5. 5

    Send it yourself on LinkedIn

ConvoCraft never sends anything for you. Open LinkedIn from the message, send it personally, then come back and mark “I sent it”. That one tick is what starts your follow-up timing and keeps your stats honest.

  6. 6

Keep warm with follow-up reminders (Pro)

When a follow-up is due, it appears in Follow-ups and on your Today screen — with the message ready to review and send. Not the right moment? Snooze it for two days. You can also ask for a reminder at 9am.

  7. 7

    Watch what works

Performance shows your acceptance rate (requests that became connections) and reply rate (conversations started from connections). Run an A/B test (Pro) with two or three opening lines to see which version people respond to — each version needs about 20 requests before the result means anything.

  8. 8

    Take your data anywhere (Pro)

Export downloads your contacts and outreach progress as a file ready for Google Sheets, Excel, HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. Useful for backups or for feeding your CRM.

Stay safe out there

  • · No pitch in the connection request; no links in a first message.
  • · Write like a person — short, specific, no “guarantee” or “best in class”.
  • · In regulated work (legal, healthcare), never discuss a case or diagnosis in outreach.

These are our recommendations based on safe outreach practice, not official LinkedIn limits. The full list lives in your Approval dashboard.
